Gin com pimenta rosa
Gin with pink pepper
During the afternoon in Deli I learned some Gin recipes. Bartenders say this one is especially appreciated by women. I confirm. Although I’m not a great fan of Gin, I enjoyed this one. Here is the recipe and a few tips, learned from experts... Hope you enjoy!
Gin with pink pepper
1 measure of Gin
1/2 bottle of Pink Pepper Schweppes Tonic (200ml)
1 coffee spoon of pink pepper
ice
Place several ice cubes on a tall glass and shake to refresh. Decant the water that became accumulated on the bottom.
Add the pink pepper and the measure of gin.
Finally, add the tonic water.
Tip: The water should be added really slowly on the top of an ice cube or with the help of a spoon in order to keep as much gas as possible.
